Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions explain how things work when you book a pest control service with us, what you can genuinely expect from your visit, and what we ask from you in return. We have written this the way we would actually explain it to you in person, not as a wall of legal text you are meant to skip. If anything here is unclear, call or WhatsApp us and we will walk you through it before you book anything.

Definitions

A few terms are used throughout this page. To keep things clear:

  • “Service” means any inspection, treatment, or follow-up visit carried out by The Savers Pest Control at your property.
  • “Property” means the residential, commercial, or new-construction site where a service is being carried out.
  • “Warranty Period” means the specific timeframe, whether a fixed term or a scheduled follow-up, during which a re-treatment is covered under a given service.
  • “Written Quote” means the priced, itemised document provided after an inspection, before treatment begins.

Who We Are

The Savers Pest Control is a registered, full-time pest control business serving Lahore and the wider Punjab region, including Sialkot, Gujranwala, Kasur, Faisalabad, Pattoki, Gujrat, Sahiwal, and Okara. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” refer to The Savers Pest Control. “You” refers to you, the customer booking or receiving a service from us.

Your Free Inspection

Every job starts with a free, no-obligation inspection. A technician visits your property, looks specifically at the pest activity or entry points relevant to what you are seeing, and gives you a written quote the same day. You are not committing to anything by booking an inspection, if you decide not to proceed afterward, that is genuinely fine.

How We Quote You

We do not list fixed prices on our website, because the real cost depends on your property, the pest involved, and how far the activity has spread, not a generic package. Every quote you receive is written, based on an actual inspection of your property, and stays valid for a reasonable period after we give it to you. Once you accept a quote, that is the price you pay, we will not add unexplained extras once work has started. If your technician finds something genuinely different once on-site, they will explain it to you directly before continuing, not surprise you with it afterward.

Scheduling Your Visit

We offer same-day service across most of Lahore, and 24 to 48 hours for the wider Punjab cities we cover. If you need to move your appointment, just let us know as early as you can, ideally before the day itself, so we can offer that slot to someone else. Things come up on both sides, and we will always try to work with your timing where we genuinely can.

Getting Ready for Your Appointment

If your treatment needs specific areas cleared or accessible, whether that is a store room, a roof space, or furniture that needs moving, we will tell you this in advance, not when the technician is already at your door. If you live in a gated community like DHA or Bahria Town, please mention this when booking so we can plan for security clearance ahead of time, rather than losing time to it on the day.

What Happens During Treatment

Your technician treats your property based on exactly what was found during your inspection. Depending on your service, this might mean chemical application, drilling, baiting, or sealing entry points. If you want to know what product is being used on your property, just ask, we will tell you directly, this is not something we keep from you. You will also be given a clear re-entry window for your specific service, usually 5 to 6 hours, please keep children and pets out of the treated area until that time has passed, so the treatment can settle properly.

Your Warranty and Follow-Up

Warranty terms genuinely differ by service, because different pests need different levels of ongoing monitoring. Where a fixed-term warranty applies, our termite warranty for example covers 10 years pre-construction and 5 years post-construction, this means if activity genuinely returns within that period, we re-treat it, we do not charge you again for the same problem. Where your service instead includes a scheduled follow-up rather than a fixed warranty, that follow-up is a real visit to confirm the treatment actually held, not just a courtesy phone call. If you think activity has come back within your warranty or follow-up period, contact us and we will arrange a re-inspection.

What Your Warranty Does Not Cover

Your warranty covers the specific pest and area we agreed to treat. It does not extend to:

  • A completely different, unrelated pest issue
  • Damage that existed on your property before we treated it
  • New activity caused by changes made to your property afterward, such as construction work that opens up fresh entry points

If you are ever unsure whether something you are seeing falls under your warranty, just ask us directly rather than assuming either way.

What We Ask From You

To help us treat your property properly, we ask that you:

  • Describe what you are actually seeing as accurately as you can when you call
  • Give our technician safe and reasonable access to the areas that need attention
  • Follow the safety and re-entry guidance you are given
  • Let us know in advance about pets, an aquarium, or specific food-storage areas that need special handling

The more we know upfront, the smoother your visit goes.

If You Need to Cancel

You can cancel a booked inspection or treatment at any point before the visit, at no cost to you. If a technician has already travelled to your property for a confirmed appointment and you cancel on arrival without giving us reasonable notice, we may talk to you directly about a reasonable call-out consideration, this is never an automatic or hidden charge, we would rather discuss it with you than simply add it to a bill.

Where Our Responsibility Ends

We take genuine care at every stage, from your first inspection through to treatment and clean-up. That said, pest control involves chemicals, drilling, and physical access to your property, so we ask that you tell us about anything relevant to your property, like existing structural issues, before we start. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage unrelated to the pest activity we were treating, or for problems arising from information you did not share with us at the time of booking.

Our Website Content

Everything on this website, including our blog articles, service pages, and photos, belongs to The Savers Pest Control unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to read and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Please do not republish our articles or photos elsewhere without asking us first, we are usually happy to talk it through directly.

If These Terms Change

We may update these terms occasionally, as our services or the way we work genuinely evolve. Any changes will show up on this page with a new “last updated” date at the top. We will never change the terms of a job you have already booked or paid for without talking to you about it first.

Health, Safety, and Chemical Use

Pest control genuinely involves working with registered chemicals, and we take this seriously. Products used are applied strictly according to manufacturer guidance, and every service comes with a specified re-entry window for exactly this reason, not as a formality. If you or anyone at the property has a known chemical sensitivity, a respiratory condition, or is pregnant, please tell us before your visit so your technician can plan the treatment area and timing accordingly. If unusual irritation or discomfort occurs after a visit that goes beyond what was explained to you, contact us directly and promptly, we would rather hear from you the same day than after the fact.

If You Are a Tenant or Managing Agent

If you do not personally own the property being treated, whether you are a tenant, a managing agent, or overseeing the property on behalf of someone else, you confirm to us that you have the property owner’s permission to authorise the service being booked. We are not able to verify ownership or tenancy arrangements ourselves, so this responsibility genuinely sits with the person booking the service.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, a scheduled visit may be delayed by something genuinely outside our control, severe weather, road closures during Lahore’s monsoon season, or a security restriction at a gated community that was not disclosed at booking. In these situations, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of a delay and reschedule at the earliest opportunity, rather than leaving you waiting without word.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from a service booked with The Savers Pest Control will be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law, with a genuine preference on our part for resolving concerns directly and reasonably before anything more formal becomes necessary.

If Part of These Terms Doesn’t Apply

If any specific part of these terms is ever found to be unenforceable for a particular situation, the rest of these terms continue to apply as normal. One clause not applying in an unusual circumstance does not undo the whole agreement.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of your service unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in writing, for example for larger commercial contracts billed on account. We accept cash and standard bank transfer; if a specific payment method matters to you, mention this when booking so we can confirm it works for your service.

Multiple Properties and Commercial Accounts

If you manage several properties, whether as a landlord, a facilities manager, or a franchise operator, we can coordinate scheduling and documentation across all of them under a single point of contact. Commercial account terms, including any agreed billing cycle, are confirmed in writing before the first visit, separate from these general Terms.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you are ever unhappy with a visit, we would genuinely rather hear about it directly than have you simply not call us again. Contact us with specifics, what happened, when, and what you would consider a fair resolution. Most concerns are resolved through a direct conversation or a re-visit; we treat a complaint as information to act on, not a problem to argue away.

Emergency and Urgent Requests

If you describe your situation as urgent, for example an active infestation in a food-service kitchen ahead of an inspection, we prioritise scheduling accordingly where genuinely possible. “Urgent” bookings are still subject to technician availability, we will always tell you honestly if same-day truly is not possible rather than promise something we cannot deliver.

Referrals and Reviews

If you choose to leave us a review or refer someone to us, we appreciate it, but we never make this a condition of service, a discount, or a warranty. Your warranty and service quality are never contingent on you promoting us publicly.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your specific Written Quote, represent the complete agreement between you and The Savers Pest Control for the service booked. Any prior verbal discussion during your inspection is captured in your Written Quote; if something discussed verbally is not reflected in your quote, please raise it with us before accepting.
